+ What time is check in/check out?
Check in time is at 3pm or later. Check out time is at 11am. Our office is open 24 hours a day. Checking in late is never an issue as there will always be a member of our staff available on site at all times.
+ I'm arriving late in the evening, Can I still check in?

+ Can I check in early?
Early check in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. If you are arriving on a very early flight and wish to check in as soon as you arrive, we recommend reserving the night before in order to gurantee that a room is ready for you upon arrival. Otherwise, we can store luggage for guests without rental cars who arrive early and cannot be checked in early.
+ Do you have free wireless internet?
Yes, we have free wireless internet in all rooms.
+ Do you have parking?
Yes, each booked room includes 1 free parking spot. Don't worry, there is enough parking available for all rooms.
+ Can I have a package shipped to the hotel?
Yes, we can receive small packages for you free of charge while you are checked in. Packages that arrive before your stay are subject to a $5 handling and storage fee per package. Packages that arrive after you have checked out will be returned to the sender.
+ Is there daily housekeeping?
Yes, daily housekeeping takes place between 11am - 3pm. You can simply place the "Do Not Disturb" placard on your door if you do not want any housekeeeping.
+ Can you print my boarding pass or event tickets?
Yes, we can print your boarding pass or event tickets. We do not offer business or personal printing services.
+ Are all rooms non-smoking?
Yes, all rooms are non-smoking and smoking is not permitted near any rooms. There is a smoking area located near the back of the parking lot.
+ Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
+ Do you offer guest laundry service?
Sorry, we do not have guest laundry facilities but there are plenty of self service laundromats in the area.
+ Do you offer luggage storage?
We offer free luggage storage before check in and after check out. Due to limited space, multi-day storage is not available.
+ Is breakfast included?
Full breakfast is not available, but all rooms include free in-room muffins, instant coffee and tea.
+ Do you have an on site snack shop?
No, we do not have an on site snack shop but there is a 7 Eleven store within a 3 minute walk of our hotel that is open 24 hours a day. It carries all types of neccesities including snacks, drinks, food, beer, alcohol and toiletries.
+ What amenities do you offer?
We are a small, basic hotel for budget travelers. Guests choose to stay with us for our great value, central LA location and clean rooms. For details on all amenities included in your room, click here.
+ Which toiletries do you provide in the room?
We provide a conditioning shampoo, body wash, hand soap and makeup remover facial wipes.
+ Is there a safe in my room?
Rooms with 1 Queen Bed include a safe (laptop size).
+ Do you have a pool.
Sorry, we do not.
+ Do you have an elevator?
No. We have 2 total floors, so if you have a floor preference, please let us know in the notes section of your reservation. Special requests cannot be guaranteed since they are subject to availability but we always do our best to accommodate them.
+ What is your cancellation policy?
Standard Bookings and Welcome to LA Special: 4 day cancellation policy for direct reservations made on www.jerrysmotel.com. You may cancel your reservation free of charge as long as you cancel at least 4 days before your check in date (by 3:00pm PST). You can cancel your reservation online by clicking here, or you can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and reservation number.
- Reservations made within 4 days of check in date are non-cancelable/non-refundable.
- Cancel 1-3 nights - charge of 1 night plus applicable taxes.
- Cancel 4-7 nights - charge of 2 nights plus applicable taxes.
- Cancel 8-12 nights - charge of 3 nights plus applicable taxes.
- Cancel 12 or more nights - Charge of 4 nights plus applicable taxes.
- NO SHOWS will be charged the full amount of reservation, including applicable taxes.
Reservations for 3 or more rooms are subject to a different cancellation policy and may be subject to a deposit. Cancellations for 3 or more rooms must be received no less than 14 days before check in date (3pm).
Expedia, Hotels.com and other third party bookings:** Check your confirmation e-mail for cancellation policy.
Prepaid bookings: Your credit card is charged for the full amount of your stay at the time reservation is made. Pre-paid bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable and non-changeable.
Lakers NBA Experience Package: Tickets are charged in full when reservation is confirmed and they are non-refundable. Hotel stay is not charged in advance. Standard 4 day cancellation policy listed above applies to hotel stay.
+ What if I did not receive a confirmation e-mail?
Reservation confirmations are e-mailed within 24 hours of making your booking, but typically much sooner. If more than 24 hours have passed and you have not received your confirmation, e-mail us at email@example.com and will get back to you right away. Same day reservations are confirmed within 1 hour of booking.
+ How do I change my reservation?
If you made your reservation directly at www.jerrysmotel.com, you can log in here to update or cancel your reservation, or you can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
+ Is my reservation prepaid?
Most reservations are not prepaid. Check your confirmation e-mail for details on whether your reservation was prepaid or not. The "Welcome to LA" special and Standard Rate booked through our website is NOT prepaid. Please note Hotels.com, Expedia.com, Venere.com and all other third party bookings are never prepaid. Payment for all non-prepaid reservations is due at check in.
+ Do you take a deposit when I make a reservation?
No, full payment is due at the time you check in. If you book a prepaid reservation, full payment is taken at the time your reservation is made.
+ Do you have any rooms that can accommodate more than 2 people?
No, all rooms have either 1 Queen Bed or 2 Twin Beds and are for a maximum of 2 persons per room. There are no exceptions to this policy and it is strictly enforced.
+ Do you have any rooms with 2 double beds?
No, we do not. All of our rooms have either 1 Queen Bed or 2 Twin Beds. Both room types can accommodate a maximum of 2 people per room.
+ Do you have connecting rooms?
Sorry, we do not have any connecting rooms. However, we can do our best to accommodate you and your friends or family in adjacent rooms. But please note this cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability.
+ Do you offer rollaway beds, cribs or baby cots?
Sorry, we do not.
+ Can I have a room on a specific floor?
We do our best to accommodate special requests but please note they cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability.
+ Do you offer any additional discounts, such as AAA or travel industry discounts?
We do not, but be sure to check our Special Offers page to see current available offers. Booking direct through our site will always guarantee you the lowest available rate.
+ How far are you from the airport (LAX)?
LAX is approximately 13 miles away from us, which equates to a 30-45 minute drive, depending on traffic. Generally without traffic, you can reach our location in approximately 30 minutes.
+ How do I get to Jerry's Motel from the airport (LAX)?

+ What is the closest Metro rail stop to your hotel?
The 7th Street/Metro Center Station is the nearest station. The Pershing Square Station is also conveniently located. They are both about a 15-20 minute walk from our hotel, or you can take Metro Bus #16 and get dropped off 1 block from both Metro stations.
+ Do you offer shuttle service or airport pick up?
We do not have airport pick ups available, but but be sure to take a look at our directions and transportation page for information on how to get here from the airport.
+ How far are you from the Los Angeles Convention Center?
We are located 1.7 miles away from the LA Convention Center. This is about a 10 minute drive or about a 25-30 minute walk. You can also take the DASH F line bus to the convention center for $0.50. A DASH F stop is located three blocks from our hotel on Beaudry and 3rd Street. To see a complete route map, schedules and more about the DASH bus, please visit DASH's official website.
